Since 1875, Heartland Family Service has been strengthening individuals and families in our community through education, counseling, and support services.

Children’s Emergency Services (CES) provides crisis intervention services for children who are victims of neglect and abuse. The children stay here until a more permanent placement is found, or until they can return to their homes. Volunteers are needed to assist with homework, assist with field trips, serve as a mentor to the children and assist with clerical and sorting needs.
