Seniors Loved Valentile’s Day

This past Valentine’s Day, clients from our Senior Center enjoyed gift giving, treats and entertianment.

 

Seniors Trick or Treat

Clients from our Senior Center dressed in costume and “trick-or-treated” door-to-door and cube-to-cube this past Halloween.

T’ai Chi for Seniors

Meets: Monday and Wednesday 10:15 am – 10:55 am or Thuesday and Thursday 9:30 am – 10:05 am
Location: Heartland Family Services, 2nd Floor Training room, 2101 S. 42 Street, Omaha, NE 68105
Description: Movement Improvement T’ai Chi for Seniors can help in many areas of everyday life. Movements are designed and instructed for all levels of physical ability and taught at a pace all can follow. Moves loosen the major muscle groups, provide full rotation of the joints and create balance and stability are emphasized. Come join the fun for FREE!
