To Honor Someone with Your Gift

Consider a Commemorative or Memorial donation. The person(s) you designate will receive an acknowledgement by mail that lets them know you are remembering them or their loved one on a special day: birthday, holiday, graduation, personal or public event, or as a memorial at a death. Make your gift an honoring gift in one of three ways:

  1. Download the Printable Donation Form and mail.
  2. Call Lisa Cuevas-Jorgensen at 402-552-7443.
  3. Email LJorgensen@HeartlandFamilyService.org
