The Heartland Family Service DUI/OWI course meets the requirements of a 12-hour DUI course required by Iowa Code. Nebraska residents may also utilize this course for satisfaction of DWI requirements. The two-day course is held in Council Bluffs on the second Friday and Saturday of each month in Heartland Family Service’s H. Lee Gendler Center at 515 E. Broadway. The Friday class begins at 4:00 PM and concludes at 8:00 PM. The Saturday class begins and 8:30 AM and ends at 5:30 PM. You may enroll at the office at 3:30pm on the Friday of the class.
